10- STEP MARKETING PLAN

Pricing your home consistent with current market trends is a very important factor in getting your home sold. Studies show that pricing a home more than 3% of the correct price will take longer to sell.

2.) MLS: Your home will be placed in the Multiple Listing Service. This service is used by all REALTORS® working to find their buyers a home. Additionally, it is used by relocation companies to find homes in this area.

3.) Sign: An Wes Wolf, FirstPoint Properties sign will be placed in your yard to alert neighbors and passersby that your home is currently on the market.

4.) Just-Listed Postcards: Within 48-hours, we will mail out “Just Listed” postcards to homes in your immediate area.

5.) Website: Your home’s information, along with pictures, will be placed on my website www.BuyandSellOK.com and our company website www.SoldonOKC.com

6.) Flyers: Flyers with information regarding your home will be placed on the sign.

7.) Open House: If your home has not sold within 8 weeks, we will hold it open to the public.

8.) Advertising: We will place ads in various newspaper media to draw attention to your property.

9.) Virtual Tour Video: Uploaded to more than 35 video sharing sites, for maximum exposure on Google and other search engines.

10.) Updates: We will contact you by phone or email updating you on showings and comments about your home. How often you would like to be contacted is left up to you.
